Refund policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

At Shore House Club, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Accidental purchases
  • Gift purchases
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Refused deliveries

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly.

Because every item is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or changed once they have been placed.

This includes:

  • Shipping address changes
  • Product changes
  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Design changes

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will replace the item at no cost.

We do not issue refunds for approved claims unless a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier
